She is very flirtatious, in my point of view, such a beautiful queen like her should have a tom like Rum Tum Tugger, she flirts with him during the song "The Rum Tum Tugger", but Tugger pushed her down to the ground, which is very funny. First one is at the end of the song of "The Rum Tum Tugger", when the girls start to scream for the first time, Bombalurina seems very excited at Tugger's sexy movement, and she starts to scratch her legs, Pouncival sees her excitement and shoves his butt to let Bombalurina scratch. Second one, when Plato is mating with Victoria, Pouncival stands upside down and Bombalurina touches his body from up to down, then Pouncival climbs over Bombalurina who lays under him, well, then the camera is not on them anymore, but this glimpse is enough to show their relationship is unusual.
